Scott is an award-winning entrepreneur with 18 years of global medical device and digital health leadership. His time spent within a FTSE 100 and Top 4 Global Medical Device Manufacturer was focused on the high growth markets and transformational commercial business models. His roles drove deep knowledge of business structure, process excellence, and commercial execution – honed by leading teams for product launches (4 platform systems), acquisitions and corporate integrations (>$300M USD), and consistent commercial execution (10x market growth).
Scott holds 4 patents and 5 provisional applications. He has also co-authored 4 peer reviewed scientific posters and 3 peer reviewed publications, and has lectured globally at key industry events such as International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty (ISTA) and International Congress for Joint Replacement (ICJR) among others.
In his role of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, he oversees all functions across all aspects of the company.
Brian commands over 30 years of experience in healthcare device sales leadership for two leading global corporations, which collectively gross over $6B annually. During this time, he has held positions of independent seller, technical field marketing director, sales management and distributor while overseeing just under $300M in business creation and disruptive growth. He has consistently held top tier positioning nationally within the business and has been tasked with helping to establish several key commercial initiatives as the industry has evolved. His experience in building teams and pioneering creative commercial strategies have positioned Brian to have deep roots and connections with proven sales collaborators that can be leveraged across new ventures. During his time in the broader healthcare market, he has provided strategic guidance as a board member to a progressive medical tourism start-up in the U.S. Virgin Islands which has remained successfully operational for over 10 years.
In his role of Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder at MiCare Path, he leads all sales and customer success objectives for MiCare Path.
Corey is a successful business leader with previous leadership roles in Orthopaedics, Wound, Sports Medicine, ENT and digital health across 4 continents within a FTSE 100 and Top 4 Global Medical Company. Corey has a broad background in engineering, healthcare economics, healthcare compliance, healthcare risk management and digital health. In his past role leading a digital health business unit, he worked with several of the top US and Canadian Hospitals, generating large financial savings for their broader healthcare systems. Corey has co-authored five scientific posters and three journal publications and has worked with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on multiple occasions to successfully increase reimbursement amounts for specific medical procedures.
In his role of Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at MiCare Path, he leads the Supply Chain, Business Services and Customer Support functions across all specialties.
