MiCare Path and its affiliate MiCare Path may share the information we collect through the App with each other and use it in ways that are consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Your devices are connected to a cellular network operated by an independent cell phone service. Like all cell phone services, the one we use tracks the location of your devices. However, unless we receive an alert, MiCare Path does not track the location of your devices, and we do not have access to the cellular service carrier’s records of the location of the devices.
MiCare Path does not sell, trade or rent personal information about its App users. MiCare Path agrees to maintain any information submitted through the MiCare Path app functionality in compliance with its legal obligations pursuant to all applicable privacy laws, including, without limitation, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), as amended from time to time, and its implementing regulations.
The information we collect about the domain name of the server from which you are visiting is aggregated and used solely to determine the number of visitors to our Site each day, and sources of traffic.
E-mail addresses are used to respond to comments submitted through our feedback form, surveys, and other forms, when indicated. E-mail addresses provided when subscribing to e-mail bulletins are used to distribute the bulletins via e-mail to subscribers.
We also use the information we collect to improve and personalize the App. For example, we use the information to troubleshoot and protect against errors; perform data analysis and testing; conduct research and surveys; and develop new features and services.
Your information may also be used to make inferences and show you more relevant content.
Lastly, we use your information when needed to send you service notifications and respond to you when you contact us.
MiCare Path is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of MiCare Path’s text messaging service (the “Service”), which we make available to you through one or more third-party messaging service providers. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. MiCare Path reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
“Personal Information” means information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number or user/screen name, as well as any Personal Information you choose to include in messages you send through the Service.

MiCare Path does not obtain consent through any third party, and does not purchase, share, or otherwise acquire SMS consent from lead lists or other third-party sources.
Through the use of the Service, MiCare Path will receive the following information from our third-party service provider(s): your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us, the text of messages that you send, any user or screen name you select in connection with the Service, and any comments or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us.
We use Personal Information to (a) contact you about our Services, (b) process and respond to inquiries, (c) schedule appointments, and (d) send important announcements or messages related to your care, if necessary.
Each message you send through the Service is stored on our servers. MiCare Path utilizes servers and services owned by third parties.
No sharing of SMS opt-in or consent
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. MiCare Path does not share or transfer SMS opt-in, consent records, or personal phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for SMS or marketing purposes.
We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies, third parties, or individuals, unless we have your consent. We may use or disclose such information only in the limited circumstances described in the “Disclosure of your information” section of our full Privacy Policy (e.g., to service providers processing data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, to comply with legal process, or to investigate fraud or safety threats).

We reserve the right to send certain communications relating to the Service, such as administrative messages, without offering an opt-out, where permitted by law.
Your data may be shared with third parties including your orthopedic healthcare providers and billing companies associated with these healthcare providers.
MiCare Path works hard to keep your data safe. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of your data. Despite our security measures, no method of transmitting or storing data can be completely secure.
We keep your account information, like your name, email address, and password, for as long as your account is in existence because we need it to operate your account.
Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
To make sure your personal information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to MiCare Path employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company.
